Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

These terms govern your use of Dravasite, a WordPress diagnostic service operated by delvr.id, based in the United Kingdom. By purchasing a license or using the plugin, you agree to these terms.

The service

Dravasite is a read-only diagnostic tool for WordPress sites. It analyzes your site's configuration and plugin setup, then provides insights, a quality score, and fix recommendations. It does not modify your site, its files, or its database.

License

A license grants you access to use the Dravasite plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan for one year from the date of purchase. Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing account.

Founders pricing

Customers who purchase during the founders pricing period lock in their rate for as long as their license remains active. If a license lapses and is renewed later, the current standard pricing applies.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

What you're responsible for

  • Maintaining a valid WordPress installation where the plugin can operate
  • Implementing any fixes or changes suggested by Dravasite at your own discretion
  • Keeping your license key secure and not sharing it publicly

What we're responsible for

  • Providing accurate diagnostic analysis based on the data received
  • Keeping our rule engine up to date with current WordPress best practices
  • Protecting your scan data according to our Privacy Policy
  • Responding to support requests within a reasonable timeframe

Limitations

Dravasite provides recommendations based on automated analysis. While our checks are built on years of WordPress experience, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation is applicable to every unique environment. Fix guides are provided as guidance — you should always back up your site before making changes.

Dravasite is not a security scanner, malware remover, firewall, or performance optimization tool. It is a diagnostic and advisory service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, delvr.id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current license period.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, or third-party outages may occasionally affect availability. The plugin continues to function locally even if our servers are temporarily unreachable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
